how do i find products?
the easiest way to find products is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to preserved & dried flowers, and accessories.
alternatively, if you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right. Type your keywords and hit the ‘enter’ button on your keyboard.
how do i order and pay?
when you find an item you hope to purchase, simply select the quantity, then click ‘add to cart’. you can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout.
our checkout process is quick and straightforward. please choose your shipping method, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as paypal.
once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. your order will then be shipped directly to you or it will be ready for pickup from the selected location.
what’s your minimum order?
we do not have a minimum order quantity or value.
do you make flower arrangements?
we are a wholesale dried flower distributor and importer. we do not make or deliver any custom flower arrangements for retail purposes.

we accept cards, crypto, 4 interest-free payments via klarna and paypal payments.
how do I use a coupon code?
during checkout, look for a box near your order labelled “have a promo code?” type your code into the box and submit it. you will then see your discount applied to your balance due.

we offer complimentary click & collect and flat-rate australia-wide delivery through our courier partners.

do you offer flat-rate shipping costs?
yes, we do. we offer swift delivery via aramex with tracking so you can receive your flowers on time and on budget.
$25 for nsw and $35 for the rest of australia.
how long does it take for my order to be processed after i place it?
we are currently experiencing a high number of orders and our warehouse team are working hard to get everything packed and dispatched within 24 hours of orders being placed. however, if the order is placed over a weekend or on a public holiday, we will usually dispatch it on the next business day. for a click & collect order, your parcel will be ready for collection at the selected time slot and location, unless otherwise agreed.
how long does it take to get my package?
all orders are fulfilled and shipped from sydney. the delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the order and the extraordinary times of covid. we will email you with a tracking number once the order ships.
we pride ourselves in having a good partnership with our couriers but sometimes circumstances beyond our control can happen. that being said, we indeed understand your frustration in case of a delay and will do our best to follow up with any enquiries.
will I get an email with a tracking # when my order is shipped?
absolutely. when aramex picks up your order, we will send an email to you with a tracking number.
i need flowers delivered outside australia.

please note that we are not able to provide an exchange or refund if 14 days have elapsed from the time you received your purchase.

how to return
at amazing flowers wholesale, we understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. we do accept returns and can refund you. we want to make the returns process as convenient and easy as possible for you. please read the following statements before claiming.
you must provide proof of purchase to start a claim and amazing flowers wholesale reserves the right to decline a refund.
you must claim within 7 days after receiving your purchase. amazing flowers wholesale accept the full or partial return of your purchase, please discuss the quantity and amount with our customer service team.

you must pay for the postage or delivery. once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7 business days.
returned purchases can only be paid up to the same amount of your original purchase. if the returned items are damaged or partially damaged, amazing flowers wholesale reserves the right to refund at a discounted rate or reject refunds.
once the return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
