How do I apply for a trade account?

1. Click on ‘Apply for Trade Account’.

2. Fill out the application form.

3. Wait for account approval by our team (don’t worry, it won’t take long).

Shopping

How do I find products?

The easiest way to find products is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to preserved & dried flowers, and accessories.

Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top right. Type your keywords and hit the ‘Enter’ button on your keyboard.

How do I order and pay?

When you find an item you hope to purchase, simply select the quantity, then click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. Please choose your shipping method, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. Your order will then be shipped directly to you or it will be ready for pickup from the selected location.

What’s your minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order quantity or value.

Do you make flower arrangements?

We are a wholesale dried flower distributor and importer. We do not make or deliver any custom flower arrangements for retail purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cards, crypto, 4 interest-free payments via Klarna, and PayPal payments.

How do I use a coupon code?

During checkout, look for a box near your order labeled “Have a promo code?” Type your code into the box and submit it. You will then see your discount applied to your balance due.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer complimentary Click & Collect and flat-rate Australia-wide delivery through our courier partners.

Do you offer flat-rate shipping costs?

Yes, we do. We offer swift delivery via Aramex with tracking so you can receive your flowers on time and on budget.

$25 for NSW and $35 for the rest of Australia.

How long does it take for my order to be processed after I place it?

Our warehouse team is working hard to get everything packed and dispatched within 24 hours of orders being placed. However, if the order is placed over a weekend or on a public holiday, we will usually dispatch it on the next business day. For a Click & Collect order, your parcel will be ready for collection at the selected time slot and location, unless otherwise agreed.

How long does it take to get my package?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Sydney. The delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the order. We will email you with a tracking number once the order ships.

We pride ourselves in having a good partnership with our couriers but sometimes circumstances beyond our control can happen. That being said, we indeed understand your frustration in case of a delay and will do our best to follow up with any inquiries.

Will I get an email with a tracking # when my order is shipped?

Absolutely. When Aramex picks up your order, we will send an email to you with a tracking number.

I need flowers delivered outside Australia.

For all international orders, please contact our team via email michelle@afw.market or by phone at +61 421 575 738. We will respond within 24 hours, or the next business day, and would love to be assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

I’m not happy with my items.

We are sorry to hear this. Please email michelle@afw.market, and we will try our absolute best to sort this out.

Please note that we are not able to provide an exchange if 14 days have elapsed from the time you received your purchase.
