at amazing flowers wholesale, we understand that there may come a time where you need to return a purchase. we do accept returns and can refund you. we want to make the returns process as convenient and easy as possible for you. please read the following statements before claiming.
you must provide proof of purchase to start a claim and amazing flowers wholesale reserves the right to decline a refund.
you must claim within 7 days after receiving your purchase. amazing flowers wholesale accept the full or partial return of your purchase, please discuss the quantity and amount with our customer service team.

you must pay for the postage or delivery. once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7 business days.
returned purchases can only be paid up to the same amount of your original purchase. if the returned items are damaged or partially damaged, amazing flowers wholesale reserves the right to refund at a discounted rate or reject refunds.
once the return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
